Mission Statement

The Internet Public Library Teen Division exists to make the Internet a more useful place for teenagers, by collecting and creating information resources of interest, and by giving teenagers the opportunity to shape the direction of the Division by serving on our Advisory Board. The Teen Division provides coherent, well-organized access to quality information resources, and treats teenagers as people, not as a market to be exploited or a problem to be solved.
